Description
Spray between five and ten sprays around your body and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption. It can be a good idea to apply the spray after a shower or bath when your skin is warm and the pores are open, as this will aid absorption.
Apply anywhere on the body, but concentrate on joints, muscles and areas of concern, and avoid delicate areas such as the eyes.
